1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

2. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship across Pakistan. International shipping is not available at this time.

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

4. Order Tracking
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS. Track your order on our Track Order page.

5. Shipping Carriers
We partner with Leopards Courier, TCS, and Call Courier for reliable delivery across Pakistan.

6. Failed Deliveries
If a delivery fails due to incorrect address or customer unavailability, we will attempt one redelivery. After two failed attempts, the order will be cancelled and refunded (excluding shipping charges).

7. Damaged in Transit
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
